This was a creative lab that starts with the body, not the brain. Instead of jumping straight into ideas and concepts, participants began with sensation - taste, texture, gesture, memory.

Through guided exercises, playful prompts, and group activities, Vaishnavi Mannava encouraged participants to explore how a feeling (like the sharpness of lemon or the triggers of a remembered smell) can grow into an idea. Along the way, the group created memory maps, diagrams, new words, and shared visual notes - small creative sparks they could carry into future work.

Designed for artists, facilitators, and curious collaborators, this workshop offered practical tools for starting when one is stuck, working with uncertainty, and building ideas together - with attention, imagination, and a sour tang to pull them in.
