PASSION FOR THE

performing arts

AND A RECOGNITION OF

intimate, immersive spaces

WHERE AUDIENCES CAN

engage deeply

WHAT WE DO

Oddbird is an independent performance venue in Delhi, programming live work across theatre, movement, music, and interdisciplinary forms.

We operate a 60-80 seat space designed for proximity. No seat is far from the action. Sightlines, acoustics, silence, and atmosphere are treated as part of the performance - not add-ons. The scale allows artists and audiences to share the room closely and intentionally.

We curate and present year-round public programming, including finished performances, works-in-progress, and experimental formats. We work closely with independent artists to shape how work is staged, framed, and received.

The theatre is independently run and sustained through ticketed events, space rentals, collaborations, memberships, and individual support. This hybrid model allows us to remain artist-focused while operating sustainably.

The OddBird Foundation operates separately as a non-profit, collaborating with artists and supporting the development of new work.
