Tarun Balani's Monsoon India Tour

Tarun Balani's Monsoon India Tour with Siddharth Gautam fused jazz, electronics, and Indian roots, reinterpreting his albums in an ambient set.

Tarun Balani’s work creates a confluence between jazz and electronic music, resulting in a distinctive flow of sound. In his own words, his music is driven by a restless desire to be a holistic artist, and inspired by his Indian roots. In his Monsoon India Tour with Siddharth Gautam, Tarun played compositions from his albums Sacred World, Dharma, and The Shape of Things to Come, reinterpreted for a guitar and drum set. The duo’s collaboration in crafting an ambient and minimalist set of improvised music was impeccable.
