Unfolding the Hero was a playful and physical movement workshop that invited participants to explore the many shapes of heroism - bold, soft, messy, magical. Through guided dance exercises, reflection, and shared exploration, the group looked at what it means to take up space with both strength and vulnerability.

The first part of the evening included warm-ups and creative movement prompts inspired by the idea of heroism. Then, we shifted into a dance jam: an open-floor space with curated music designed for fun, release, and free-form expression.
