Stupid Games for Serious Adults - fac. by Uma Katju
Uma Katju led a playful reset for adults - two hours of simple, joyfully pointless games that loosen the grip of routine and make room for laughter.

Stupid Games for Serious Adults was a fun and easy workshop for any adult whose regular life is a rush of serious things to be done. Conceptualised and facilitated by Uma Katju, this session offered an easy way to find humour and be silly for a while.
Over two hours, participants played all kinds of games - ball games, theatre games, team games, verbal and non-verbal, movement games, and more. There was no pressure to perform and no skill required - only a willingness to show up and be a little silly. By the end, what lingered is not competition, but lightness.
