In Sketchy Bizness, participants had the opportunity to dive into the strange and hilarious world of sketch - short, self-contained scenes that tell complete stories in comic and unexpected ways. Actors Pooja Anna Pant and Sumit Rawat led through playful theatre exercises and creative prompts designed to turn one's oddest ideas into fully formed scenes.

The workshop offered a supportive, high-energy space to experiment, laugh, and discover your unique voice in performance. It drew from NDLS’s decade-long practice of sketch as an incubator for new talent and original storytelling.

NDLS has served as an incubation space for writers, actors, and designers, dedicated to keeping the city’s theatre scene vibrant and inventive. This workshop was part of their ongoing effort to make the city a little weirder, one group at a time.
