Seconds Before Coming - Rishika Kaushik
Part of the Friends of Oddbird Festival 2025 lineup, this solo play moved through memory and desire with humour, reflection, and a shifting sense of time.
14 September 2025
Seconds Before Coming was a solo performance about one woman's pursuit of pleasure - and the many selves she meets along the way. Through movement, monologue, and a shifting sense of time, the piece traced how memory, desire, and consent intertwine in the body. Moving between sharp humour and quiet reflection, it explored the tension between what we seek and what we carry.
