Introduction to Improv with Anshu Daga

Playful and pressure-free, this beginner-friendly workshop aimed at sharpening quick thinking, boosting confidence, and improving listening and teamwork for participants.

This workshop with Anshu Daga (coach and performer, Nautankibaaz Improv Collective; Founder, The Inner Startup) introduced simple, guided exercises that built presence, listening skills, and fast, creative responses. Participants practiced short, low-pressure games that taught them to accept offers, build on others' ideas, and transform nervousness into spontaneous energy.
