Dance Drishtikon 10x10
A compendium of ten short classical and contemporary dance pieces, curated and mentored by Aditi Mangaldas.
25 May 2019
Aditi Mangaldas started the show with an informal talk, providing insight into her process of creating and choreographing work. The performances were bound together by a single conceptual thread: "What do the numbers say to you?".
Each piece was a personal interpretation of a given number by past or current Drishtikon repertory members. Explorations of the numbers ranged from a depiction of the confluence of three rivers to a scrutiny of the sixth sense - each performance held its own yet flowed from one to other seamlessly.
