Cinematic Movement: An Introduction facilitated by Karoliina Loimaala & Maya Oliva
A workshop that explored what it means to approach the inner moving body and the outside world affecting it, in a cinematic way.

The facilitators helped bring awareness to the smallest of details in our bodies, zooming in like a camera and bringing attention to fragile sensations. Then, they gradually zoomed out to a more general experience of the body - moving in space, awakening inner motivation/curiosity/precision and connecting with others through exercises inspired by Budo.
