All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a complete cancellation by WSPL or OddBird Theatre.

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed in the booking confirmation.

Entry rights are reserved. OddBird Theatre and WSPL reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or violates event norms.

Latecomers may not be permitted to enter once a performance has started. Entry is at the discretion of the front-of-house staff.

WSPL is not responsible for event content, themes, or opinions expressed by artists or performers.

Attendees are advised to review age suitability and content warnings before booking.

Performances may be recorded or photographed for documentation or promotional use. By attending, you consent to being part of such media.

No unauthorized photography, videography, or recording is permitted during the performance.

In the event of rescheduling, your ticket remains valid for the new date. No refunds shall be issued unless otherwise stated.

WSPL shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings occurring on the premises.

The following items are strictly prohibited at the Venue - including but not limited to open flames, firearms or replicas, pyrotechnic devices, narcotics or illegal substances, animals and pets.

Any disruption, unruly behavior, nuisance caused or damage/destruction to the Venue shall be actionable and WSPL reserves the right to take appropriate action in this regard.

About the event
Playground is an improvised sonic journey where tradition collides with experimentation. A classically trained Carnatic musician and a modular synth artist step outside the boundaries of genre to create music in the moment, unpredictable, alive, and unrepeatable.
South Indian percussionist Charu Hariharan, celebrated for her mastery of mridangam, konnakol, and world rhythms, brings decades of classical training and a global performance practice to the stage. She meets Vaibhav Batra, an experimental composer and founding member of the Dilli Improvisers Orchestra, whose modular synths and field recordings summon glitchy pulses, drones, and otherworldly textures. Together, they weave an musical landscape where rhythmic cycles converse with electronic frequencies, where improvisation breaks down rules, and sound becomes pure play.
