Fingerstyle guitar is music in its purest form - melody, bass, and rhythm woven together on a single instrument. And in 2021, amidst lockdowns and uncertainty, two musicians - Pete Izzard from Somerset, UK, and Rachanachar from Shimla, India - used this technique to connect across continents. Without ever meeting in person, they composed a song that became a refuge, a way to escape the confines of home and find solace in sound. In 2025, that song - accompanied by their solo sets - finally came to life on stage.
