Lean Hour Access is an initiative that supports artists and independent creators by offering our space during non-programmed hours at an affordable rate. Whether you're rehearsing, testing ideas, or running a small workshop, the space adapts to your process. Bookings are customisable with add-ons like basic tech, projection, and more. Ideal for:

• Rehearsals

• Table reads

• Movement research

• A/V testing

• Skill-sharing sessions

Terms & Conditions (By completing the booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms):

1. Purpose & Usage

• Lean Hour Access is intended to support artists and independent creators by offering use of the space for rehearsals, research, internal workshops, and other non-commercial creative activities.

• The space may not be used for commercial activity, public events, or ticketed performances under this model.

• Photo or video shoots are not permitted under this model

• The use of the space will only be restricted to the blackbox/studio space space. Use of other spaces for any reason for eg. storage etc. won't be permitted.

2. Inclusions in Base Price

The base price includes:

• Access to the studio space during off-peak hours

• Use of the basic sound setup (PA system with AUX support)

3. Add-ons & Customisation

• Use of air-conditioning is not included in the base price.

• Additional facilities such as lighting, projection, kitchen access, seating arrangements, or technical assistance are available as add-ons and can be selected based on your requirements at the time of booking.

4. Booking & Availability

• Lean Hour Access is available only during non-programmed hours (typically weekday mornings and afternoons).

• All bookings are subject to space availability and confirmation from the OddBird Theatre team.

• The theatre reserves the right to reschedule or cancel access if unforeseen programming or maintenance needs arise. In such cases, alternative time slots will be offered.

5. Damages & Liability

• Users are responsible for the safety of the space, equipment, and all provided infrastructure during the booking.

• Any damage caused to the space, equipment, or furnishings will be assessed, and the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the individual or group who made the booking.

• OddBird Theatre is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the use of the space.

• Users are expected to return the space in the condition it was found, unless otherwise discussed in advance.
