Unfolding the Hero is a playful and physical movement workshop that invites participants to explore the many shapes of heroism - bold, soft, messy, magical. Through guided dance exercises, reflection, and shared exploration, we'll look at what it means to take up space with both strength and vulnerability. This isn’t about performance - it’s about discovery. Whether you're 15 or 50, if you're curious about power, resilience, and how those live in your body, you’re welcome. No dance experience needed - just a willingness to move, connect, and maybe surprise yourself.

The first part of the evening includes warm-ups and creative movement prompts inspired by the idea of heroism. Then, we shift into a dance jam: an open-floor space with curated music designed for fun, release, and free-form expression. Come for the full experience, or just drop in for the jam if that’s more suited for you.
