About the event
A practical, playful way to wake up curiosity and strengthen how you think, speak, and connect.
This 2-hour-long workshop with Anshu Daga (coach and performer, Nautankibaaz Improv Collective; Founder, The Inner Startup) introduces simple, guided exercises that build presence, listening skills, and fast, creative responses. You will practice short, low-pressure games that teach you to accept offers, build on others' ideas, and transform nervousness into spontaneous energy.
Sessions are structured, welcoming, and safe: we move from warm-ups to partnered and group activities, with coaching that focuses on process rather than performance. Expect concrete tools you can use in daily conversations, meetings, and creative work - how to think on your feet, invite collaboration, and speak with clearer, more confident choices.
No prior experience, theatrical training, or comedic skill is required - just curiosity and willingness to try. The workshop emphasises play, mistake-friendly learning, and supportive feedback.
