A thoughtfully curated yoga experience that integrates asana, pranayama, and meditation to support mobility, breathing, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. Led by Sharan Khanna, the practice is designed for active bodies and busy minds - offering an intelligent, grounded approach to yoga that goes beyond flexibility.
