About the event

A young married man, proud of his modern values, believes he shares his home and responsibilities equally with his wife. But when his parents visit, a small act - hesitating to hang his wife’s undergarments to dry - unravels his self-image. In this humorous yet vulnerable solo performance, he turns the gaze inward, examining the patriarchal expectations that quietly shape his behaviour. Through sharp wit and emotional candour, Besharam Aadmi asks what real progress looks like when old conditioning meets new ideals. The result is a tender, funny, and thought-provoking reflection on masculinity, shame, and self-acceptance. There are three shows:

Fri, 21 November - 7:30 PM

Sat, 22 November - 5 PM & 7:30 PM Each runs for 70 minutes.
