About the event
Ae Kabir Tum Kaha Ho? is an exploration of Kabir’s timeless wisdom in the context of our modern, often chaotic lives. Originally created in 2021, this production weaves soulful folk music with honest conversations and deep reflections, inviting you to journey through the complexities of today’s world through Kabir's words.
Over the years, The Aahvaan Project has encountered remarkable individuals - modern-day sages, as they see them - whose perspectives have shaped their understanding of Kabir’s teachings. This reimagined version of Ae Kabir Tum Kaha Ho? blends these fresh insights with the essence of the original, creating an experience that is both thought-provoking and deeply personal. Vedi Sinha brings words and voice, Sumant Balakrishnan adds guitar and voice, and Makrand Sanon completes the ensemble with percussions.
